Anthony Dean "Tony" Napier

Biography:  Anthony Dean “Tony” Napier passed away on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 3:03am at his residence, 7745 W. County Rd. 18, Fostoria, OH. He had an approximate 9 month illness with cancer.  Tony was born Oct. 26, 1958 in Wabash, IN.  He married Jennifer “Jenny” Hoover of Bascom, OH on April 8, 2004 in Pigeon Forge, TN.  She survives with their 3 sons, Dylan, Joey, & Austin.  Tony also has a daughter, Christy (James) Redden of Salem, IN, a son Chad Napier of Los Angeles, CA, and a daughter Angel (Brian) Alban of Harpster, OH.  Tony had previously been married to Sherry (Etzinger) Stevens of Bucyrus, OH.His grandchildren include Michael, Ashley, and Brandon Schuley, and Karson Alban.  Tony has a brother, Earl Webb, Hendersonville, TN and a sister, Pat Brewer, who both still survive.
 
Relatives preceded in death include his parents, Ira and Virginia (Moore) Napier, a brother, Thomas Webb, all of Bucyrus, and a sister, Phyllis Young of Wabash, Indiana.
Tony was the Founder and original Instructor of Eagle Claw Karate Club in Bucyrus.  Although he worked at M-Tek in Upper Sandusky from 2002-2006, the majority of his work history included driving truck.  He was presently self-employed with Aetna Freightlines, Inc. in the flatbed division.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and pretty much anything outdoors.
Tony was a member of the Bucyrus Freewill Baptist Church where he was Missions Director.  He attended various mission trips to Mexico and even had opportunity to include 2 of his sons on some of those trips.  Tony loved working for his Lord!  He cherished his wife and his family and had a genuine love for friends, and just talking to people.  He will be remembered and missed by many.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11:00 am in the Bucyrus Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Lyle Arnett officiating.  The family will receive friends at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00-5:00pm.  Memorials can be made through the funeral home and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
