Albert Eugene Lewis, 77, of Bucyrus passed away peacefully from this life into the Arms of Jesus on Sunday January 12, 2025. Eugene was a longtime Marion resident. He was born November 28, 1947, in Marion to the late Norman and Nancy (Blevins) Lewis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife Edith M. (Price) Lewis; his faithful companion “Benji”, his dog; brothers Donny, Roy, and Jr. Lewis; and sister Rosemary Gross.

Eugene is survived by brother Danny Lewis of Marion, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Eugene last worked in Galion at A & G Manufacturing for 17 years. He was a faithful member of the Bucyrus Christ Gospel Church in Bucyrus. Eugene was a friend too everyone he met and will be sadly missed by his Pastor, church, family, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am in the Bucyrus Christ Gospel Church, 325 Plymouth St., Bucyrus with Pastor Jack Hager officiating, burial will follow in Grand Prairie Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
