Thomas W. Truex, 70, of Bucyrus died Monday evening June 21, 2010 at Fairview Manor where he had resided for the past year.

He was born June 4, 1940 in Mt. Gilead and was the son of the late Clark and Oral Imo (Doty) Truex. Also preceeding him in death was two sisters Geneieve Price and Ellen June Noakes.

Tom is survived by nieces Debra (Irey) Walker, Wanda (Joe) Colcott all of Mt. Gilead, Linda (Ronald) Bauer of Caledonia, Jean Rowland of Kissimmee, Fla., nephew John Jr. Noakes of LaRue and a half brother Gilbert Jessie James of Mt. Gilead.

Calling hours will be Friday June 25, 2010 from 10:30-11:30am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home, Bucyrus. Burial of ashes will be Tuesday June 29, 2010 at 10AM in Bryn Zion Cemetery, Morrow County. Online condolences may be made at munzpirnstill.com.
