Phyllis A. Young, 65, of Bucyrus went to be with her Lord early Saturday morning May 8, 2010 in her home.
She was born November 17, 1945 in Van Lear, Kentucky and was the daughter of Simon and Virginia (Moore) Webb.

Phyllis is survived by Alan R. Young Sr., six children; daughter Beverly (Steve) Blackmon of South Carolina,
son Richard Castle Jr. of Indiana, daughter JoAnn Shadd of Indiana, daughter Iraetta "Rett" (Ernie) Brooks
of Bucyrus, son Jeramy (Audrey) Hardee of South Carolina, daughter Cara (Jason) Clark of Indiana 15 grandchildren 10 Great Grandchildren. three brothers; Tom & Earl Webb, Tony Napier, two sisters Pat Brewer and Amanda Lester.

She is preceded in death by her father Simon Webb, her mom Virginia (Ira) Napier and a brother Teddy Ronald Webb.Phyllis lived in Indiana but recently moved back to Bucyrus. She attended the Heritage Baptist Church in Galion. Phyllis was called "Granny" by everyone, and her life was devoted to her family.

Calling hours will be Tuesday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8pm in the Heritage Baptist Church, 1381 St. Rt. 61 Galion, OH
where the funeral will be Wednesday May 12, 2010 at 11AM with Pastor Rodney Noblit officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
